A relaxed person is better equipped to deal with problems in their life. The more relaxed a person is the healthier that person can be. Throughout our lives we are exposed to tension and stress producing situations. Stress becomes stored withour muscles and organs, many times even without our awareness. This stored tension inhibits our ability to experience the freedom within the body, mind, and spirit. Therapeutic therapies are a wonderful way to release and reduce stress in our bodies which in turn reduces anxieties in our lives. Also, much of our emotional, mental and physical stress can be lessened greatly with energy balancing sessions, aromatherapy and flower essences.

My healing practice is a unique approach to massage/energetic systems drawing upon a variety of healing modalities: Repetitive Injuries, Injury Work, Myofascial Release, Aromatherapy, Flower Essences and Vibrational Energy Work such as Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Molecular Cellular Restructuring Therapy and Axiatonal Light Grid Therapy. Sessions are available Monday through Saturday. Also available are flower essences and aromatherapy products. Credit Cards and gift certificates are available for your convenience. Not at fault car accidents are covered by Insurance. I am a provider for Landmark BCBS and Tufts. I provide a discount when you bring your insurance card with you.

Repetitive Use Injury Therapy (tm) is a therapy that is designed to work with repetitive injuries - recent or ones that never recovered from, and stress. You combine massage, two second stretching and breath. This therapy will bring about a sense of freedom and results are with success 98% of the time.
